perfect base for exploring key attractions and parks

I loved staying here because it was just a short stroll to the iconic Iwo Jima memorial and we managed to walk to the National Mall in about 40-50 minutes, making our urban adventures super enjoyable.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend break in Arlington with good value. The coffee ran out at breakfast, and the kitchen staff were nowhere to be found. Bring your own morning caffeine to avoid a headache.

We had a lovely 3-night stay. The staff was super friendly—like Jaidon and Waleed really made check-in easy, and it felt like home! Our Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok, but I missed those potatoes from other places. Plus, the picnic area was nice for snacks and hanging out.

The hotel offers a great location with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal prep. However, the room felt cramped, especially with dated cabinetry. Additionally, noise from the air conditioning and outside was disruptive, and the breakfast options were limited, leading us to eat elsewhere after the first morning.

The Residence Inn offered an excellent experience during my business trip. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that included a full-size refrigerator, perfect for storing meals. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Metro, allowing easy access to the city. The front desk staff were prompt in addressing any requests, and the included breakfast provided a solid start to each day.

The only downside was minor noise from the nearby street.

We faced a significant issue during our stay when my wife and I realized the bed was way too small for us. We were uncomfortable on a twin bed with awful pillows. it was almost unbearable. My wife ended up moving to the couch in the middle of the night for more space. I expected better from a Marriott, and this experience really fell short of our expectations.
